Signature Streetscapes Surface Mount Posts
Signature Streetscapes' aluminum surface mounted posts are constructed by combining solid cast aluminum "Bolt Bases" and our extruded aluminum posts. Our certified welders fabricate each aluminum light post to order before applying a durable powder-coat finish. Each outdoor light pole is custom built to order and can be fitted with a variety of options including photo controls, decorative tenons and more.
Signature Streetscapes offers two decorative bases that accommodate the 3" round surface mounted light post, the Streetscape and Colonial Base.
Surface Post Mounting Options
For standard surface post mounting for a 3 inch round post you will need a quantity of three Anchor J-Bolts. If you require your light poles to be breakaway compliant, you will need to purchase three Dent Breakaway bolts which meet NCHRP 350 standards required by FHWA (Federal Highway Administration).

All surface mount posts ship via a LTL Freight Carrier on a skid. Shipment costs are emailed to you within 1 business day of purchase. Please be aware that LTL Freight Shipping costs can range from $250-$850+ depending on the delivery location as well as the size, weight and number of skids.
