Shipping policy

We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible, usually within 1-5 business days if in stock and 2-4 weeks if the product is custom made.

We will make sure to notify you of the expected turn time if it exceeds 4 weeks. 

EXAMPLES: During busier times of the year (May-August) custom products can take up to 6-8 weeks to ship. Larger orders (over 50 custom products) can take up to 10-12 weeks.

Our default shipping method is UPS Ground for parcel products and LTL R&L Carriers for Large Freight items (over 150 lbs, or length over 96") FOB Muskegon, Michigan (Muskegon County). 

We will contact you with a shipping quote prior to processing large items (over 150lbs and/or over 96" long). You will see a note at checkout and an area to check off to acknowledge the fact that items are too large to ship UPS so we will contact you with shipping price. If you choose not to accept the shipping price, we will refund the order of your items to complete a cancellation of the entire order.

For normal-sized products (excluding posts/poles) you can get a shipping estimate simply by placing an item(s) into your Cart and then entering your ship to zip code (you do not have to commit to or process an order to get this estimate).
