adam coleman
sold me signs and hardware , hardware covers the letters on the street signs

i spent over 2000.00 for some street posts, street signs, stop signs and their brackets. their brackets/hardware, covers part of the street name on the sign(they sold me all of this) and it makes a j look like an i. well that completely changes the hame of the street that police, mailmen, ect would see. i called to ask about why they would sell and send me a product that does not work / fit properly , they just said sorry, we can SELL YOU new signs in all capital letters and it wont cover it. so i asked why would u sell a product that does not not work, again just got a sorry, so i had to spend another 400.00 to buy the new street signs!!!!!! terrible customer service, would never trust them again

Hi Adam,

We are sorry you are unhappy with your signs! All our standard manufactured street signs are federal MUTCD compliant and proofed for approval prior to manufacturing. While MUTCD compliancy is upper/lower case text, unfortunately, drop-caps can meet at or below the sign.

While this may be displeasing to the eye - it is MUTCD compliant. Please reach out to us for any additional concerns. :)
